Timeline:	Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped within 2-4 weeks depending on product availability and delivery location.
Cost:	Shipping fees vary based on delivery location. Shipping costs are quoted during the order process.
Method:	Curbside Delivery: A third-party freight carrier will deliver the items to your curbside. The delivery address must be tractor trailer accessible. Items will not be moved beyond the curb, and additional charges may apply for inaccessible locations.

Important Curbside Delivery Details:

• The delivery address must be accessible for tractor trailers and cannot be located on roads with restrictions such as double-yellow lines, dead-ends, cul-de-sacs, or gravel and dirt roads.
• The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment when your items arrive at the closest destination terminal. Ensure 2-6 people are present to help unload larger items.
• Inspect your product thoroughly upon delivery. If you notice damage, report it immediately on the delivery receipt. Missing items must be reported within 10 calendar days of delivery. Extreme damage or damage to the acrylic portion should result in refusal of delivery.
• Members are responsible for ensuring they have any necessary permits or meeting local code requirements prior to delivery.

Shipping Insurance:

• Shipping insurance is available for a nominal fee at the time of purchase and cannot be added once the item ships. Insurance covers damage not visible upon reasonable inspection at the time of delivery.

Does Not Ship To:

• Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, North Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific, PO Boxes, or Military APOs.
