Accessories and small furniture items ship via Standard Delivery, and in-stock items usually arrive at your door within 3-5 business days. Items ordered together may not ship together.

- A Crate & Barrel Customer Service associate will contact you to book the delivery date.
- The carrier will call you 1-2 days prior to delivery to set up a 3-hour delivery time frame.
- White Glove delivery includes two-man service, placement in a room of your choice, and removal of packaging. The product is assembled unless otherwise specified.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel the delivery, please contact help@hostgpo.com at least 3 days before the delivery date to avoid a $35 rescheduling fee.
- Please note that deliveries are routed geographically, therefore, Crate & Barrel is unable to honor specific delivery time frame requests
- Delivery will occur Monday through Friday during daytime hours only.
- A responsible adult, at least 18 years of age, must be home to sign for the delivery.
