Staples Shipping Policy

Ships To:	Contiguous USA, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Canada + 43 more countries!
Timeline:	Times can range from same-day, next-day or within 3-5 days for most items. Dependent upon order size and shipping location.
Cost:	Staples does not charge fees for standard delivery. However, there are some exceptions where a delivery or special handling fee may apply. These fees will be displayed in your shopping cart on the Staples ordering site. In-store pickups will not incur a delivery charge.
Method:	Staples uses a combination of their own fleet of delivery trucks, national delivery services, Staples-exclusive carriers, and third-party couriers to ensure the fastest, most efficient delivery options.

*Common delivery exceptions that require a surcharge include the following:

• • Deliveries outside Staples’ standard distribution area (this may include HI, AK, or PR, depending upon the item)
  • Expedited deliveries
  • Orders under minimum order requirement, by location ($150 for Canada, $180 for Puerto Rico; $150 for Mexico; $200/+25% surcharge for Hawaii or Alaska)
  • Bulky or heavy items/Furniture unpacking or assembly

Pro tip: You can set up a free UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager account to make changes to your incoming deliveries, including the option to hold your packages for up to two weeks. This would allow you to schedule the final leg of delivery to your STR on a day that works best for you.
