Many products are available in Staples stores, but it's important to note that not all items are available for in-store pickup. Follow the steps below to place an in-store pickup order on StaplesAdvantage.com.
Step 1: Register for a Staples Advantage Account
Before you can place an order, you need to have a Staples Advantage account. If you don't have one yet, you can register by visiting the HostGPO Member Portal and clicking on the Staples Advantage partner page. Follow the prompts to create your account.
Step 2: Visit StaplesAdvantage.com
Once you're logged in to StaplesAdvantage.com using your Staples Advantage account, you can browse through the HostGPO Best Value Items or the different categories of products available, including furniture, technology, cleaning products, traditional office supplies, and more.
Step 3: Select Your Item(s)
Once you've found the item you want to purchase, click on it to view the product page. Here, you can select the size, color, and quantity of the item you want to buy. This is the page that will show whether the item is available for in-store pickup.
Step 4: Check Store Availability
To check if the item is available for pickup at your nearby store location, click on the "Pick Up" option and select "Check Availability". A pop-up will appear asking for your zip code. Enter your zip code, and the website will show you a list of stores near you where the item is available for pickup. You can select the store that's most convenient for you.
Step 5: Add to Cart
After you've selected the store where you want to pick up the item, click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or you can proceed to the next step.
Step 6: Checkout
Once you've added all the items you want to purchase to your cart, click on the "Checkout" button. Here, you'll need to provide your billing and shipping information.
Step 7: Confirm In-Store Pickup
In the Review & Checkout section, scroll down to your item(s) and verify that "Pick up in store" has been selected with the correct store location for pickup.
Step 8: Place Your Order
Review your order details and click on the "Place Order" button. You'll receive an email confirmation that your order has been placed.
Step 9: Pick Up Your Item
When you receive the email notification that your item is ready for pickup, head to the store during their regular business hours. When you arrive, go to the customer service desk and provide your order confirmation number and a valid photo ID. The store associate will retrieve your item and help you inspect it to ensure it's in good condition. If everything looks good, you can take your item home with you.
