Cancellation Policy
Requests must be received within 2 hours to have any chance of being changed or canceled before processing. Grown Alchemist and HostGPO are unable to modify an order past that point.
Return Policy
Grown Alchemist only accepts returns from orders valued at $1,000.00 or more. These items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of initial purchase.
There is a 15% restocking fee and an additional estimated 20% shipping fees.
They are unable to offer exchanges on any items.
