Cancellation Policy
Requests must be received same-day to have any chance of being canceled before processing.
Return Policy
Return requests and/or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, plus a 40% restocking fee. Items below are not eligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
-Custom, imprinted, and special order merchandise. i.e. Logo Imprints
-Discontinued products
-Perishable products
-Products that have obvious signs of use
-Any product not returned in the condition it was received
-Any product not in the original manufacturer’s packaging
-Products from orders older than 30 days
-The original box and packaging material must be retained. No claim can be filed without them.
