Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the item cost. Return postage is at the purchaser's expense. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must be in the original packaging, with all original instructions and other included accessories.
- Item must be received within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
- Item must be returned with a supplied Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Item must not be included on the ineligible products list:
- Damaged Items: Includes any item that has been used, installed, customized, programmed or damaged, such as the main product, the packaging/box, instructions, or other included accessories.
- Expired Warranty: Includes defective items that do not meet manufacturer warranty policies.
- Incomplete Items: Includes any item that is missing pieces or accessories (screws, cables, wire caps, mounting tape, and all other items originally included with the item).
- Open Box: Open box products are uninstalled items that have been returned to us. The box is opened, damaged, or missing; however, the item is still in new condition. All sales on Open Box products are final and are not eligible for return. All manufacturer warranties are still valid.
Note: Items that do not meet eligibility criteria are subject to a 30% restocking fee, or the return may be denied.
