Cancellation Policy
Each Artwork Giant Art produces and packages is created specifically for each customer, and is sent for printing quickly. For this reason, once an order has been placed they are unable to change, or cancel orders.

Return Policy
Each Artwork Giant Art produces is created specifically for each customer, therefore returns are not accepted. Should you receive a damaged good or incorrect item simply make it known within 5 business days of date of receipt/delivery and Giant Art will take all necessary measures to correct the situation.
