Build with Ferguson Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy
Orders process quickly, so there's a short window to cancel. Log into your Build with Ferguson account. If the "Cancel Order" button is visible, you can cancel online. If not, contact customer service to request cancellation before the order ships​. 

Return Policy
Most items can be returned within 90 days of receipt for a refund (minus return shipping). Items must be in resalable condition, free from scratches/defects, not installed, in the original packaging, and not missing pieces. Some items, like clearance or liquidation products, are not eligible for return​.
