How do I track my RH order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
What is the return policy for RH products?
RH accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders, final sale items, and clearance items are not eligible for return. For defective or damaged items, RH will arrange for a replacement or refund upon inspection.
Can I cancel my RH order?
Orders for in-stock products can be canceled within 48 hours of placement. Special order or custom products cannot be canceled once the order is processed. To cancel, contact RH Contract team directly.
Does RH offer product customization?
Yes, RH offers customization options including COM (Customer’s Own Material) and COL (Customer’s Own Leather) programs. Customers can also modify products to meet specific aesthetic or commercial standards.
What shipping options does RH provide?
RH ships to the contiguous US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. For quick-ship items, delivery is typically 1-2 weeks, while special order upholstery items may take 6-8 weeks. RH uses carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS for shipping.

RH accepts major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. They also offer financing options through the RH Credit Card.
Are RH products eco-friendly?
RH is committed to sustainability. Their wood furniture is made from plantation-grown, sustainably harvested teak, and their outdoor performance fabrics are certified low-emitting by the Greenguard Environmental Institute. Many indoor furniture collections use reclaimed wood.
