Order Change Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, order changes can be requested within 72 hours of placement by contacting your sales representative in writing. This includes changes to product configuration, delivery details, or shipping options.
- After 72 hours, no changes can be made, and all orders are final.
Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted for products with quality defects or damage upon delivery. Returns due to preference or selection changes are not permitted. If your item is damaged, please document the damage on the delivery receipt and contact your sales representative. Damaged items reported within 10 calendar days may be eligible for replacement parts.
Additional Considerations
- Dr. Wellness Spas is unable to hold sold units at its stores for more than 45 days. If you cannot take delivery within this period, notify your sales representative as soon as possible to delay production and shipment from the factory.
