White Glove service includes in-room placement, assembly, and packaging removal, making it especially valuable for residential installations and time-sensitive turnovers.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If the order has not been processed, we can request to change or cancel the order. However, in-stock orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
What is Four Hands' return policy?
Four Hands does not offer returns or refunds under their return policy. All products are deemed accepted by the customer upon delivery. If you believe your order is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please notify us at help@hostgpo.com right away.
How does delivery scheduling work?
Once your shipment is 1 to 2 days away from being ready for delivery, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule the delivery window. Be sure to provide the correct contact information for scheduling at the time of ordering.
Can the carrier deliver up a flight of stairs?
Our pricing includes one standard flight of stairs for a second-story home. If the order is going to an apartment with an elevator, there are no stair fees.
Additional charges only apply if the item cannot fit in the freight elevator and the team needs to carry it up multiple flights of stairs.
