PPG Paints Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order must follow the return process below.

Return Policy

• Special Merchandise: Items considered “special merchandise” are eligible for a 75% refund if returned in good condition with the original invoice within 60 days of purchase.
• Tinted Merchandise: Custom-tinted paints cannot be returned.
• Non-Tinted Merchandise: Eligible for return if in good condition and accompanied by the original invoice within 60 days.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. PPG reserves the right to process large cash refunds by check within 10 business days. No credit will be issued for freight charges on returns, except in cases where PPG shipped the wrong product.
