Return Policy
Damaged or Defective Items: If your mattress arrives damaged or develops a defect, Bryte will first attempt to repair or replace it with an equivalent model. If repair or replacement isn’t possible, you may return the product for a full refund. All returns must meet the conditions outlined in the Bryte warranty policy.
Incorrect or Duplicate Orders: If you purchased the wrong product or accidentally placed a duplicate order, items must be unused and returned in their original, unopened packaging. You’ll be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return.
