Sometimes things don't pan out the way you imagined, or maybe you just had a change of heart. No problem at all! Let's walk through what to do if you want to change, cancel or return your order.
Changing an Order
Once orders are placed, the wheels start turning quickly. This means we can't add or change items in your order because our partners are quickly processing and fulfilling them. However, if you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order entirely, we can assist with that. Get in touch with us at help@hostgpo.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll do all we can to help you out.
Cancelling an Order
If you've had a change of heart and need to cancel an order, we can help request that cancellation from our partner. However, the final decision rests with them, depending on the current status of your order. If you need to request a cancellation, don't delay - email us at help@hostgpo.com with your order number right away.
Returning an Order
Unless otherwise noted, our return policies are synced with each of our partners. Since each partner has unique return policies, it's important to refer to the policy in our portal or on their website for specific information. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
If you do want to initiate a return, please submit a return request to us so we can assist. We'll need your order number, which items you're interested in returning, and the reason for your return.
