What is the lead time from order to delivery?

Current lead time for all machines is 3-4 weeks from order to delivery.

What are my shipping options?

Creative Arcades offers two delivery options:

Free Freight Shipping to the lower 48 states (standard delivery)
White Glove Delivery for $600, which includes delivery, bringing the machine inside (including stairs), full setup, and removal of packaging materials

What kind of warranty is included?

All machines include a 3-year warranty covering parts and labor.

Stern machines include a 1-year warranty.

How does custom artwork work?

After placing an order with custom artwork:

The design team will contact you within 24 hours
You will be assigned a dedicated designer
A design mockup will be created based on your concept
You will review and approve the design before production begins

Nothing is printed until you approve the final design.

How can I view the game lists?

Will my arcade require assembly?

Most machines are plug-and-play and require little to no assembly.

Some exceptions include:

4-player stand-up units: attach control panel with 4 screws
Pinball machines: attach legs and secure cabinet
Racing units: attach seat base with brackets

All required assembly is minimal and straightforward.

What kind of maintenance is required?

Creative Arcades machines are commercial-grade and built for high-traffic environments like bars and restaurants. They require very little to no maintenance under normal use.

Can the machines be set to free play?

Yes. All machines come preset to free play.

They also include coin mechanisms that can be activated if desired. Settings can be adjusted at any time.
