How soon can I receive furniture?
Shipping details will be provided during checkout. In-stock accessories and small furniture items are shipped via Standard Delivery and arrive at your door in 3-5 business days. Some furniture and furniture accessories shipping by Standard Delivery can be upgraded to Second Day or Next Day Air. Larger boxed items are shipped via Basic Freight Delivery and arrive within 7-10 business days from the time the order leaves the regional warehouse. Some Local In-Home Delivery of in-stock furniture typically occurs within 5-10 business days, though some areas may take longer.
How do I know if my items will be assembled?
You can check for a message about assembly in your Crate & Barrel cart, or throughout checkout. Items with no message do not require assembly. Items with the message, "Assembled for delivery to ZIP code..." will be assembled by one of our In-Home Delivery specialists. Any other messages indicate customer assembly.
How can I verify that my HostGPO discount has been successfully applied?
To confirm that your HostGPO discount has been applied, add an eligible item to your cart and proceed to the checkout process. Here, you can enter your HostGPO discount code. Once applied, you should see a notification indicating "Promo code applied" beneath the item's price. Additionally, the "Cart Summary" section will display a "Merchandise Discount" line item reflecting the applied discount.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order progress and delivery of items by clicking on Order Tracking. Order Tracking is also found at the bottom of every web page and in "your account" at the top of every page.
How do I send items to multiple addresses?
If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item and wish to send them to different addresses, make sure to add each item to your cart separately. You will be able to specify the different addresses on the Shipping page in Checkout.
How much is shipping and handling? How much is delivery for furniture?
The exact shipping and handling amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed during Checkout. CB2's goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. What is the delivery time to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories?
Please allow 6-9 business days for items shipped via Standard Delivery. Add an extra 1-3 business days for orders shipped via 2-Day Express or Next Day Air. Shipping for larger items is quoted upon request. Please contact CB2 for a custom quote.
How can I make changes to my delivery with FedEx?
By signing up for a free FedEx Delivery Manager account, you can customize your deliveries by holding packages for pickup, changing the delivery address, or authorizing the release of packages without requiring a signature. Can I get samples/swatches?
Yes! CB2 offers swatches of any available fabrics! Please visit this page for more information. This is subject to availability. Swatches are not available for all upholstered pieces.
Does CB2 accept returns?
Yes, CB2 will accept returns and exchanges of non-furniture items in new and unused condition within 90 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
CB2 will accept returns and exchanges of furniture and rugs in new and resalable condition within 30 days of delivery or pickup, with valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Custom and personalized items including custom upholstered furniture, live botanicals, and store floor samples may not be returned.
