CB2 Shipping Policy

Ships To:	Contiguous USA, Hawaii*, Alaska*, Puerto Rico*, & Canada
Timeline:	Dependent upon order size and shipping location.  In-stock parcel shipments ship within 24 hrs; In-stock in home delivery typically takes about 2 weeks in contiguous USA, and 2-4 weeks in Canada, HI, AK, & PR.
Cost:	Dependent upon order size and shipping location.
Method:	CB2 uses three main shipping types, summarized below. Shipping charges and delivery methods may be upgraded in checkout if consolidating items in your order will provide better shipping rates and times.

Parcel

Accessories and small furniture items ship via Standard Delivery and in-stock items will arrive at your door, via FedEx, within 3-5 business days. Standard Delivery orders can also be expedited via Second Day and Next Day Air. Items ordered together may not ship together.

• Pro tip: You can set up a free FedEx Delivery Manager account to make changes to your incoming deliveries, including the option to have FedEx hold your packages for up to two weeks. This would allow you to schedule the final leg of delivery to your STR on a day that works best for you. 
  
  

White Glove Delivery

Some delivery ZIP codes for our furniture may be eligible to ship via our Local In-Home Delivery service.

• You may set up the delivery date at the time you place the order, or a Customer Service associate will contact you within 48 hours to book the delivery date.
• CB2 carriers will call you 1-2 days prior to delivery to set up a 3 hour delivery time frame.
• White Glove delivery includes two-man service, placement in a room of your choice and removal of packaging. Product is assembled unless otherwise specified.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel the delivery, please contact CB2 at least 3 days prior to the delivery date to avoid a $35 rescheduling fee.
• Please note that deliveries are routed geographically, therefore, CB2 is unable to honor specific delivery time frame requests
• Delivery will occur Monday through Friday during daytime hours only.
• A responsible adult, at least 18 years of age, must be home to sign for the delivery.
  
  

Basic Freight Delivery

Larger boxed items may ship via Basic Freight Delivery and arrive within approximately 7-10 business days, in most areas.

• Deliveries are made to the doorstep, and scheduled by you, at checkout.
• 1-2 days prior to delivery, CB2 carriers will call to set up a delivery time frame.
• You are responsible for unpacking, assembly and discarding of packaging materials.
• Delivery will occur Monday through Friday during daytime hours only.
• A responsible adult, at least 18 years of age, must be available to sign for the delivery.
  
  

*Long Distance Contiguous US Shipping

The long-distance in-home delivery charge is a flat rate (per trip) of $329 for unlimited furniture delivered to ZIP codes within the contiguous U.S. that are more than 100 miles from Crate & Barrel's 36 shipping points. They use a third-party delivery service called FragilePak for long-distance deliveries to more remote locations in the United States.
