What is UPS My Choice?

UPS My Choice is a free service provided by UPS that gives you more insights and control over the delivery of your packages. 

You shouldn't have to worry about whether or not you'll be home when deliveries arrive. What you need is a way to manage all your eligible UPS home deliveries prior to the first delivery attempt-that's UPS My Choice^®

• Change the shipping address of a package in transit
• Schedule a delivery time for a package
• Hold a package at a UPS location

How do I sign up for UPS My Choice?

Visit the UPS My Choice® page, then select the "Sign Up For Free" button. Once you create a user ID and password and provide your name and address, UPS will send a verification email to complete the setup process.

Always Know the Status of Your Deliveries 

• Get proactive notifications about home deliveries with UPS My Choice delivery alerts. You can accept notifications via email, phone, or both! 
• With "Driver Instructions" you can add additional notes for the driver, to indicate where to deliver or place the package if case you aren't home for the delivery. With some planning, you can use this step to have deliveries made to your STR and avoid your guests ever being disturbed!

Schedule Your Home Deliveries

• When you become a UPS My Choice Member, you choose where and when eligible UPS packages will be delivered. No more annoying missed delivery notices, or inconvenient deliveries being made when you have guests! With a UPS My Choice Membership, you decide how much control you need when it comes to managing your home deliveries. 
• If you're not going to be home to receive a package, you can reschedule your delivery for another day, or you can redirect your package to another delivery timeline, or more convenient location.
• Use the "Delivery Planner" so YOU can decide when to accept deliveries. With the UPS My Choice delivery planner, you'll get a day, week, or month view of incoming UPS packages--making it even easier to manage your home deliveries.
• Alternatively you can utilize the "Hold for Pickup" option to allow you to pickup your packages and avoid delivery attempts entirely.

• Use the "Sign Online" feature to virtually sign for packages when you're not onsite to accept the delivery. No more needing to wait around the delivery truck! 

How do I manage my delivery using UPS My Choice?

Log in to UPS.com, then enter your tracking number and select Track. After that, follow the prompts for whichever feature you wish to use.

 

 

Basic Account vs. Premium Account

*The service is free to sign up for, but some of the options may require a fee. UPS My Choice offers two levels of membership: Basic (Free) or Premium (Paid). Premium offers greater delivery management, allowing you to make unlimited changes to your deliveries at no additional cost.
