My tracking number isn't working? What do I do?
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement after it has been sent to you. During high shipping seasons, it may take up to 3 business days for your tracking number to be updated by the carrier.

Can Walker Edison hold a package for delivery?

How can I make changes to my delivery with FedEx?
If you need to make changes to your FedEx delivery, you can sign up for a free FedEx Delivery Manafger account. This account allows you to customize your deliveries by choosing a delivery time, holding packages for pickup, changing the delivery address, or authorizing the release of packages without requiring a signature. Does Walker Edison accept returns?
Walker Edison offers a 30-day return policy on most orders. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Assembled and final sales items cannot be returned.
For returns not due to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, Walker Edison charges a flat fee of $50 per item (“Flat Fee”) in addition to a restocking fee of 10% of what you paid for the product(s) (“Restocking Fee”). As soon as the returned product(s) are received back to their warehouse in good condition, a refund (minus the Flat Fee and Restocking Fee) will be issued to your original form of payment. Does Walker Edison offer a product warranty?
