Cancellation Policy
Walker Edison warehouses make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible therefore cannot guarantee an order will be able to be canceled. Order cancellations must be received the same day to have the best chance of being canceled. If an order has already shipped, it may be possible for Walker Edison to work with the carrier to have it sent back. Please note a 10% restocking fee may apply for orders canceled due to buyer’s remorse. Orders canceled after delivery will be subject to Walker Edison's standard return policy.
Return Policy
Returns in their original packaging will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Assembled and final sale items cannot be returned.
For returns not due to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, Walker Edison charges a flat fee of $50 per item (“Flat Fee”) in addition to a restocking fee of 10% of what you paid for the product(s) (“Restocking Fee”).
Walker Edison sometimes charges shipping (“Shipping Fee”). When Walker Edison chooses to do so, the Shipping Fee is non-refundable, including on returned items (unless the item is defective, damaged, or was incorrectly shipped). When Walker Edison charges a Shipping Fee, the Restocking Fee is calculated from the amount you paid for the product minus the Shipping Fee.
