Cost:	Free shipping in the contiguous US For all other locations, order size will determine cost. Typically ~$10 for orders under $15, up to $60 for orders over $750.

Pro tip: You can set up a free UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager account to make changes to your incoming deliveries, including the option to hold your packages for up to two weeks. This would allow you to schedule the final leg of delivery to your STR on a day that works best for you.
