The best way to obtain samples is by logging into the member portal and completing the Signature Amenities Sample Request Form. Each kit contains a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and cleansing bar (1 oz each).
How can I order more Signature Amenities products to save time and money?

Does Signature Amenities accept returns?
Aside from damaged items, all sales are final and non-refundable.

How do I open the Ecowell dispenser to fit the Signature Amenities bottles?
The Ecowell dispenser requires a key to open it. This key is packed in a small plastic bag along with the adhesive, screws, and glue.
Where can I find the installation guide for the Ecowell dispenser?
You can find the installation guide video here. The last part of the video shows how to use the key to remove the locks of the bracket.
What should I do if I didn't receive the key, screws, or adhesive?
If you didn’t receive the key and the other items in the bag, please contact us, and we'll work with our partner to get a replacement sent immediately.
