Requests must be received same-day to have any chance of being canceled before processing.
Return Policy
30 day returns on most items + $11.99 handling fee.
Exclusions: Consumable items (including wax, cleaner, meal kits, or perishables), engraved or customized items, limited edition releases, and items denoted as final sale are not eligible to be returned.
During the holiday season, Made In offers an extended return window to allow for returns on gifted items. Any purchase placed after November 1 are eligible for a 45 day return policy or a return processed by January 15 (whichever is longer).
Made In also offers free exchanges or store credit. Made In will retain $11.99 on all refunds to cover the handling fee associated with the return.
For International orders placed, please note cross border returns include a shipping and handling fee that varies depending the cost of return shipping.
