Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. To initiate a cancellation request, please log into your TOV Furniture dashboard and follow the cancellation process. Once the cancellation request is submitted, someone from the TOV customer service team will get back to you with confirmation.
Return Policy
If you decide that your purchase is not quite right, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. All returns will be subject to a Return Shipping Fee, which will vary depending on the location of the return and the item. To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:
The item(s) must be in new or unused condition, free from stains, tears, soiling, or odors. Any products with scratches, pet marks or fur, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned and will not be eligible for a refund.
-The item cannot be assembled.
-The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
-We only accept returns purchased directly on our website, tovfurniture.com
-Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return
If you refuse delivery due to a change of heart or because the items do not fit, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using the dimensions provided on our website and ordering swatches, if available, to ensure the best experience before purchasing.
