What shipping options does TOV Furniture offer?
TOV offers three shipping options:
Free Basic Shipping: Delivery to the doorstep for orders over $99. For larger items, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery.
In-Home Shipping: Starting at $69, this option includes delivery to the room of choice (up to two flights of stairs) and requires a signature.
In-Home + Assembly: Starting at $149, this service includes delivery to the room of choice and assembly. TOV’s team will not dispose of packaging but will place furniture as requested.
Are there any shipping fees for remote locations?
Yes, remote or less populated areas outside TOV’s standard service area in North America may incur additional shipping fees. TOV will reach out for your approval if additional fees apply.
Are there any discount exclusions?
The discount is eligible on all products except for final sale items.
How can I schedule my delivery?
For larger items shipped with special furniture carriers, TOV will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Smaller items shipped via UPS or FedEx do not require an appointment, but you’ll receive tracking information so you know when to expect them.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn’t shipped yet. Submit a cancellation request through your dashboard. If the order is already in transit, any cancellation will require the member to cover return fees.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, you have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Clearance items and those modified in any way (e.g., with scratches or stains) are not eligible for return. Return shipping fees apply based on your location and the item size.
Are there requirements for returns?
Yes, items must be in new, unused condition without any stains, damage, or modifications, and they must be returned in their original packaging. Items purchased on clearance or from a different retailer are not eligible for return.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of your return arriving at TOV’s facility. After inspection, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please report any damages within 24 hours of delivery using TOV’s damage claim form. This timeframe ensures faster processing, and delays may affect your eligibility for a claim.
Do I need to keep the packaging if I’m considering a return?
Yes, TOV requires that items be returned in their original packaging. If you’ve opted for In-Home or Assembly services, please keep the boxes until you’re certain you’ll keep the item.
Are there limitations on assembly or installation during delivery?
