HostGPO Schlage Warranty Benefits
Through our partnership with Schlage, HostGPO members receive enhanced warranty coverage not available through standard retail channels.
3-Year Replacement Warranty (HostGPO Exclusive Advantage)
All locks purchased through HostGPO include a 3-year replacement warranty.
If a lock is determined to be defective through Schlage Tech Support troubleshooting, a case will be issued.
A new replacement lock will be shipped once the defect is confirmed.
Key Advantage: Unlike retail purchases, which may require sending the lock in for repair, HostGPO members receive direct replacement during the 3-year warranty period.
