Cancellation Policy
You can cancel orders for stock items any time prior to shipping. Exceptions are for very large stock orders.
Change Order Policy
You may request changes to an order before it ships, except for custom or nonstock items, which cannot be changed.
Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please review the return policy below:
1. Stock Items: We accept returns of stock items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a
return, items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Please note that
a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
2. Stock Linens: Returns for stock linens are accepted within 15 days of delivery. The items
must be unopened and not laundered. A 15% restocking fee will apply to these returns as
well.
3. Consumables: Due to the nature of consumables, these items cannot be returned.
4. Custom (Nonstock) Items: Custom items are not eligible for return. Please review your
order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
