They pioneered the pack-per-unit model, where supplies arrive labeled by room for quick, easy setups. As part of the Dahlgren Duck family, they also offer sourcing support, inventory management tools, and assistance with scaling operations.
What is the pack-per-unit model?
SkiandSea created this model to streamline setup. Each shipment is grouped by room (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, etc.) and clearly labeled with color coding. Every order includes an “Open First” box containing everything needed to kick off the install. This format drastically cuts down on setup time and confusion.
How fast do they ship?
Replenishment orders (in stock): Ship within 2 to 3 business days
Complete unit packages: Ship in 1 to 3 weeks, depending on volume and stock levels
Nonstock or custom items: May take longer based on availability
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, with some conditions:
Stock orders can usually be canceled or changed if they haven’t been processed yet. Most are processed within 24 to 48 hours, so changes must be made quickly.
Custom or nonstock items cannot be changed or canceled once ordered.
Large stock orders may also be subject to additional review.
What’s the return policy?
Stock items: Returnable within 30 days, if unopened and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Stock linens: Returnable within 15 days, if unopened and not laundered. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Consumables: Not returnable.
Custom or nonstock items: Final sale.
If anything arrives damaged, a photo will be required to process a claim.
