How do I sign up for Amazon Business through HostGPO?
Go to Amazon Business in the HostGPO Member Portal and select “Connect with Amazon Business”. Enter your business details and follow the prompts to complete setup.
When I sync my existing Amazon Business account, will I lose any of my order history or information?
No. Syncing your existing Amazon Business account with HostGPO will not affect your previous order history or stored information. Everything in your account remains intact.
How will I know if my account is successfully synced with HostGPO’s discounts?
Once your account is synced, try searching for a product like Amazon Basics batteries. If you see a blue flag that says “Curated Catalog Price,” “Breakroom Essentials Price,” “Custom Price,” or “Smart Property Price,” you’re all set, your account is connected, and you’re getting HostGPO’s discounted pricing. You can also use those labels to quickly spot items with extra HostGPO discounts.
I received an error message: “There was a problem joining this program.”
You must be the primary Amazon Business administrator to complete the registration process. Once the primary admin connects the account, HostGPO pricing will automatically apply to all users on that account.
How long does it take for my discount to be activated?
Most accounts are ready to use immediately after registration. In some cases, Amazon may take up to 24 hours to review and approve your account.
