Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. 

Change Order Policy
Moe's Home does not allow modifications to existing orders. 

Return Policy
No returns or exchanges. If items arrive damaged, please email [e-mail] with the following information:

• HostGPO order number and Date of receiving the shipment
• Images of the original boxes of the shipment showing SKU # and proof of delivery or images of the UPS/FedEx labels
• Brief description of the defect
