Moe’s Home products are backed by a one-year warranty. This coverage applies to issues that develop over time and are related to product defects, not to damages that occur during shipping or setup. Below are the key details of the policy.
Warranty Coverage
All Moe’s items include a 1-year warranty.
Warranty claims cover defects that appear during normal use within the warranty period.
Damage and Defect Claims
All damage or defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored.
If an item arrives damaged but is not reported within 30 days, it will not be considered a warranty claim.
Claims Process
To initiate a claim, please contact help@hostgpo.com with details and photos of the defect or damage. Our team will help review and manage the claim with Moe’s Home.
Freight Damages
All freight should be inspected at the time of delivery.
If freight damage occurs, please document the issue and reach out to help@hostgpo.com so we can assist with next steps.
Moe’s does not issue credits for freight-related damages unless they shipped the wrong item.
Shipping and Credits
Moe’s does not issue credit for freight costs on damages or defects unless Moe’s shipped the wrong product.
If the wrong item was shipped, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
If a replacement is declined, a credit will be issued for the product cost only.
