You can easily track the status of your Samsung order from the time it is placed through delivery. Below is what to expect at each stage of the process.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that Samsung has received it. This email includes your order number and a summary of your purchase.
Order Processing
Most Samsung orders are processed within 1 business day. During this time, your order is being prepared for shipment or scheduled delivery.
Shipping and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment through the carrier’s website.
For larger items such as TVs and commercial displays, delivery may be scheduled. In these cases, you will receive advance notice of your delivery window.
Delivery Notifications
