Cancellation Policy
There is no long-term contract requirement. Members may cancel service at any time.
If you cancel, service will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew for the following cycle.
No early termination fees apply.
Equipment Return Policy
If your property received DIRECTV streaming equipment, the following applies:
If service is canceled within the first 12 months, all provided equipment must be returned.
If equipment is not returned, a $250 per device charge will be invoiced.
Return instructions will be provided at the time of cancellation.
If service continues beyond 12 months, equipment return requirements may vary based on program terms.
