Modway Furniture Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled at no cost as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If the order is already in transit, you must refuse the shipment upon delivery in order to initiate a refund.

Change Order Policy

If you need to change your order, Modway can cancel the original order, and you can place a new one, provided the original order has not yet shipped. Once an order ships, changes are no longer possible.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused

• Items must be unopened

• Items must be in original packaging

• Items must be in resellable condition

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

If approved, refunds will be issued minus:

• Original outbound shipping costs

• Return shipping costs

Refund deductions will be determined after inspection confirms the item is in acceptable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items
