Modway offers thousands of products across major furniture categories, including living room, dining, bedroom, office, storage, lighting, and outdoor furniture.
Is there an order minimum?
No. Modway does not require a minimum order quantity, making it flexible for single-unit purchases or large property rollouts.
How quickly do orders ship?
Modway fulfills orders from warehouse locations in California and New Jersey. Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.
Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 weeks total transit time, depending on the destination and freight carrier scheduling.
Large furniture items are delivered via residential freight carrier with threshold delivery (delivery to the front door or first covered area). The carrier will contact you via email or text to schedule a delivery appointment.
What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, accept the delivery and take photos of the damage and packaging immediately. Then contact help@hostgpo.com with the photos and order details so a replacement can be coordinated.
Do Modway products require assembly?
Some items arrive fully or partially assembled, while others require assembly. Assembly requirements are listed on the product specifications or product data sheets.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled until they enter the warehouse picking process. Once picking has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

What is Modway’s return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. All returns are inspected upon receipt.
Refunds will be issued minus original outbound shipping and return shipping costs once the item is confirmed to be in good condition.
