If you need to make changes to your UPS delivery, you can sign up for a free UPS My Choice account. This account allows you to customize your deliveries by choosing a delivery time, holding packages for pickup, changing the delivery address, or authorizing the release of packages without requiring a signature. How do I open the Ecowell dispenser?
The Ecowell dispenser requires a key to open it. This key is packed in a small plastic bag along with the adhesive, screws, and glue.

You can find the installation guide video here. The last part of the video shows how to use the key to remove the locks of the bracket.
What should I do if I didn't receive the key, screws, or adhesive?
If you didn’t receive the key and the other items in the bag, please contact us, and we'll work with our partner to get a replacement sent immediately.
