How do I measure my room?
We recommend measuring your space ahead of time to see if a product is the right fit and can be easily moved into the intended room. Generally speaking, the door width should be greater than the box’s height. Some other factors to keep in mind are:

• Obstructions behind the door
• Tight corners
• Hallways or internal doors
• Stairways (including the length)
• Elevator measurements

How do I verify my discount has been applied?
To confirm the discount has been applied, log in to your Article account, add an item to the cart, and look for the HostGPO discount in the Checkout Summary section.

Does Article offer swatches?
Yes, you can order free swatches here.

When will my order be delivered?
Article is not able to guarantee exact delivery dates for their orders. However, they do provide delivery estimates based on stock levels and anticipated shipping routes. This information is updated in real-time and can be found on the product page (just look for the delivery truck icon) and is also displayed at checkout. If you've already placed your order, you can find out how to get status updates here.

How do I schedule my delivery?
Smaller items are often sent via courier. These deliveries are not scheduled in advance, but Article will share tracking information, so you know when to expect their arrival.
Once your order is ready for delivery, Article will be in touch to let you know when it will arrive and what to expect on delivery day. Article's delivery team will always determine a set date and time (in advance) to bring you your new furniture, so don’t worry about any surprises.

Does Article accept returns?
No, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. 

Do products have a warranty?
Yes, there is a one-year warranty on items. The warranty starts when the item is delivered. See Article's Warranty Terms for more information.
