Requests must be received same-day to have any chance of being canceled before processing.
Return Policy
Standard Textile offers a 90-day return policy for most items, which must be returned unused and unlaundered to be accepted. If the return is due to partner error—such as a shipping mistake, damaged product, or quality issue—all return fees will be waived. However, if you are returning items for reasons like changing your mind, overstock, or ordering the wrong item, a 10% restocking fee will apply. You may choose to ship the items back using your preferred carrier at your own cost, or Standard Textile can provide prepaid return labels for a 10% freight fee based on the subtotal of items being returned. If you select the prepaid return labels, you can either print the label yourself or schedule a pickup, with all pickup costs covered.
