Canada Orders: Standard Textile ships case packs only to Canada. Individual retail quantities are not available for direct shipment to Canadian addresses.
International Orders: Standard Textile does not ship directly to international addresses, except for Canada. However, international members can still place orders by shipping to a freight forwarder located in the contiguous United States. Since shipping within the lower 48 states is free, members may send their order to a freight forwarder and then arrange shipping to their final destination. This option is commonly used by members with properties located outside the United States.
Direct Shipping Restrictions:
Standard Textile cannot ship directly to the following locations:
Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
Members located in these regions may still receive orders by shipping to a freight forwarder located in the contiguous United States, who can then forward the shipment to the final destination.
Pro tip: You can set up a free UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager account to make changes to your incoming deliveries, including the option to hold your packages for up to two weeks. This would allow you to schedule the final leg of delivery to your STR on a day that works best for you.
