Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to pick and processing with no penalty. Once an order has been picked in our warehouse, cancellations will incur a 25% restocking fee. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Change Order Policy
You may add items to an existing order at no cost until the order has shipped. Removing Items: If the order has already been picked, removing items will result in a 25% restocking fee. Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
Return Policy
Mercana will accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is not damaged or defective (defective items must be submitted through the claims process)
The product is in its original packaging
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Mercana must be notified within 30 days of receipt
All approved remorse returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
Important: Returns received with damage to the product or packaging—making the item unsellable—will not be credited.
