Mercana Warranty Policy

Mercana warrants all products against factory defects for 90 days from the order date.

Claims must include photos and a photo of the QC sticker.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery.

Claims submitted after 90 days will not be accepted.
