How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders begin processing within 1-2 business days. Items typically ship out in 3-4 business days, and delivery usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Can I cancel or change my order if I make a mistake?
Yes. If your order has not yet been picked, you can cancel or add items without fees. Once an order has been picked and prepared to ship, cancellations or removals are still possible but will incur a 20-25% restocking fee. After shipment, all orders are final.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, Mercana will make it right. Submit photos (including the packaging and QC sticker) within 30 days of your invoice date to start a claim. Once approved, you can choose between a refund or replacement.
Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
Yes. Mercana accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once inspected, a credit will be issued for 75% of the product total.
Is there a warranty on Mercana products?
Yes. All items are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against factory defects from the invoice date. This warranty applies only to manufacturing issues and does not cover wear, misuse, or accidental damage. Claims are subject to inspection and approval.
