Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled at no cost as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If the order is already in transit, you must refuse the shipment upon delivery in order to initiate a refund.
Change Order Policy
If you need to change your order, Backyard Discovery can cancel the original order and you can place a new one, provided the original order has not yet shipped. Once an order ships, changes are no longer possible.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in like-new condition and in original packaging. All products must be fully disassembled and securely reboxed.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the member.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the product is received and inspected.
If returned items are damaged or improperly packaged, the refund may be reduced to cover replacement parts and additional fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives with a shipping error, defect, or damage, Backyard Discovery will resolve the issue without requiring a full return. These issues can typically be handled quickly by emailing us at help@hostgpo.com.
Refund Amounts
Unless an order is canceled before shipping, refunds are calculated as the original purchase price minus outbound and return shipping costs, minus the 15% restocking fee, and minus any costs to replace damaged parts, if applicable.
