Hawaii, Alaska, & Canada Shipping Cost:
- Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will incur a shipping charge of $125/mattress, $100/Foundation, $75/Bed Frame, and $45/Accessories.
- Canadian orders will incur a Customs Tax and shipping fee of $350/mattress for Helix Hospitality mattresses, $750/mattress for any of the other retail mattresses purchased, $175 per foundation, and $75 per bed frame.
Does not ship to: Puerto Rico, Guam, American Somoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, North Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, or Mexico.
Pro tip: You can set up a free FedEx Delivery Manager account to make changes to your incoming deliveries, including the option to hold your packages for up to two weeks. This would allow you to schedule the final leg of delivery to your STR on a day that works best for you.
