After placing your order, POLYWOOD will begin processing it within 24 hours. You will receive an estimated delivery timeframe once your order ships.
- Smaller items shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS do not require advance scheduling, but you will receive tracking information to monitor your order’s progress.
- Larger items shipped via LTL freight carriers (Estes, ODFL, Werner, XPO) may require scheduling. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window.
