POLYWOOD Warranty Policy – HostGPO

POLYWOOD stands behind the durability and quality of its products, offering a limited commercial warranty to ensure long-term performance. Below is a breakdown of what is covered under the POLYWOOD® Limited Commercial Warranty.

Furniture Warranty

POLYWOOD warranties to the original purchaser that, under normal residential/commercial use and service conditions, POLYWOOD® furniture is covered for 3 years from the date of purchase. During this period, the furniture is guaranteed to be free from material defects and will not:
✔ Splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot
✔ Suffer structural damage from insect infestation

Metal Frames

Metal frames used in POLYWOOD furniture are covered for three (3) years under residential use:
✔ Welds and joints are warranted not to break or crack
✔ Powder coat finishes are warranted not to peel

Hardware

Hardware used in the production or assembly of POLYWOOD furniture is covered for three (3) years under normal residential use and is warranted not to break.

Woven Inserts

Woven inserts are covered under warranty for three (3) years, ensuring they will not:
✔ Fail structurally
✔ Crack, unravel, fade excessively, or rot

Sling Fabric

Sling fabric is warranted for three (3) years against:
✔ Tears
✔ Loss of dimensional stability from exposure to sunlight, mildew, and rot
✔ Abnormal or excessive discoloration and fading

Cushions, Pillows, & Umbrellas

✔ 30-Day Warranty: Cushions, pillows, and umbrella canopies are warranted to be free from workmanship or material defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.
✔ One-Year Warranty: The fabric on cushions, pillows, and umbrella canopies is warranted for one (1) year against excessive fading, mildew, and tearing.

Note: Umbrella frames and bases are not covered under the POLYWOOD warranty. (For Treasure Garden, Inc. warranty information, please contact POLYWOOD.)

Fire Pit Table Components

The fire components used in POLYWOOD fire pit tables, including Crystal Fire® burners, ignitions, electronics, and glass guards, are not covered under the POLYWOOD warranty. (For Outdoor GreatRoom Company warranty information, please contact POLYWOOD.)
