Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled up until the day they are shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before it leaves the warehouse.
Change Order Policy
POLYWOOD does not allow modifications to existing orders. If you need to make changes, you must cancel the original order (if it has not yet shipped) and place a new order with the necessary adjustments.
Return Policy
POLYWOOD offers a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
