Lowe’s offers a convenient in-store pickup option that allows you to shop online and collect your items at your local store. Here’s how it works:
Placing Your Order
When shopping on Lowes.com or the Lowe’s mobile app, select your preferred store and choose “Store Pickup” as your fulfillment option during checkout. You’ll see an estimated pickup date, but wait for an email or text notification confirming that your order is ready before heading to the store.
Pickup Notification
Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive a notification with pickup instructions. This message will include details about the pickup location within the store and any necessary information for retrieving your items.
Picking Up Your Order
Bring a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license or state ID) and your order confirmation email or order number. Head to the designated pickup area, which may be at the customer service desk or a specific pickup counter. If your items are stored in a locker, the notification will provide a barcode to scan for access.
Curbside Pickup Option
If you prefer not to enter the store, Lowe’s offers curbside pickup. After receiving the ready-for-pickup notification, use the Lowe’s app or the link in your email to check in and let the store know you’re on your way. Park in a designated curbside spot, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle.
Alternate Pickup Person
You can designate someone else to pick up your order. During checkout, provide their full name and email address. They’ll need to present a valid photo ID and the order confirmation email or number at pickup.
Pickup Timeframe
Lowe’s will hold your order for seven days after it’s ready for pickup. If you don’t collect it within this period, the order may be canceled, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Tracking Your Order
To check the status of your order, visit the Order Status page on Lowes.com or log in to your MyLowe’s account.
