After placing your order, Lowe’s will provide updates on your delivery status and help coordinate scheduling. For smaller items shipped via carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS, advance scheduling isn’t required. You’ll receive tracking information to monitor your order’s progress.
For large or bulky items delivered by Lowe’s truck, you’ll receive a delivery-notification email at least 72 hours before delivery and another email the night before with your delivery window. You can also sign up to receive SMS text messages. You can also reschedule your delivery by signing in to your account and selecting Order Details. Alternatively, you can reschedule by selecting Order Status, calling customer care at 1-800-445-6937, or visiting a store.
To track your order, visit the Order Status page and enter your order number. You can also log in to your MyLowe’s account to view order details and updates.
